Job Benefits and Details

 

  • $3,000 basic salary.

  • Paid Air ticket to Saudi upon arrival.

  • Paid Visa costs.

  • Paid air tickets to and from home country for an annual leave.

  • Accomodation in a prime location in Riyadh.

  • Shared accommodation has a separate bedroom and bathroom for each instructor with a shared living space and kitchen.The building is family friendly and close proximity to the studio. The building is also new and in the heart of Riyadh allowing easy access to the centre.

  • 6 days a week, 8 hour working schedule. (Flexible)

  • Up to 5 sessions per day, 1 hour lunch break and 2 hours for extra Personal Training (optional)

  • Medical insurance provided.

  • Paid annual leave of 30 days.

  • Transportation to and from the studio will be provided to instructors wishing to stay at the company accommodation.

  • Continued education support from the studio of 30%

  • Commission of 50% of the private session if given outside working hours or above the number of classes per day ( 5 classes per day).

  • Commission of 30% of private sessions within working hours, yet exceeding 5 classes per day.

  • Quarterly bonus based on: Class attendance, reviews, ratings, retention and private renewals.

  • 50% commission for workshops, seminars and trainings.

  • 50% commission on all classes if instructor chooses to work on their off day.

  • Quarterly bonuses based on KPIs

We are looking for instructors who are:

 

  • Comprehensive pilates instructor (mat, reformer, chair, Cadillac)

  • Certification from an accredited school (Balanced Body, Stott, Basi etc).

  • Passionate about Pilates and helping others.

  • Flexible, empathetic, great communication skills.

  • At Least 2-5 years experience in Pilates.

  • Observant and attentive to clients needs. Able to adapt and curate classes according to who is in class.

  • Clearly communicates with fellow team member, and is a good listener.

    • Open and empathetic and has excellent people's skills above all.

    • Generous in knowledge and willingness to help clients achieve their goals.

    • Able to adapt to new culture and norms.

    • Flexible and a team player.
